Problem - Lack of communication and support between the police and schools.
How we dealt with it - Arranged time and days the SSO come into school. We also receive weekly police checks sent to the Dedicated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
Outcome - Better communication and hence support for our most vulnerable students.
